Why do the rugs look like drawings online?
We use SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) files for our rug designs, allowing us to dynamically color code and customize each design for every order. This means your rug is uniquely tailored to your preferences and no two rugs are exactly alike.
What makes our rugs high quality?
Each rug is meticulously hand crafted for each individual order. The process of creation can take days to complete. The materials used to create your rug take up the majority of the cost.
What if I’m looking for something custom? Do you do that?
Yes! We have rug examples to choose from on the website, but we do many more custom rugs than the ones we have available to choose from on BearandSheep.co — just send an email [email protected]
How long will it take me to receive my rug after ordering?
As soon as orders are received, a review of orders is done in house. You will shortly receive an email letting you know the approx. timeline for delivery. We try to make sure it’s no longer than a two–three week wait.
Can I wash my rug?
Yes! Your rug is made with high quality fabrics and hand crafted to be extremely durable. Wash in cold water on the handwash section of your washing machine, use mild soap, tumble dry on low heat until dry — OR — leave out to air dry after washing.
I want two identical rugs or more, is that possible?
Not entirely. Each rug is hand made, and there is no way to ensure any rugs would be exactly identical. They would be extremely close — but not complete exacts.
